The Onboarding process includes, 

• CHURCH Signup -> 

• GENEROUS Introduction call

• CHURCH Onboarding Questionnaire -> 

  • CHURCH EXPORT (any existing system data) 

  • GENEROUS platform creation & initial set-up 

• Onboarding Session 1 - System use and Set-up for Admins

• Onboarding Session 2 - System use for Finance personnel

• Coaching Session 1 - for Senior/Lead Pastors / Platform hosts

• Coaching Session 2 - post launch debrief and effective measures

ONBOARDING - Our customer care team will work with you to achieve a great foundation

COACHING - Our coaching team will work with you to assist with some best practices for developing an effective delivery strategy for your church

• If you have tight deadlines we can ask our Onboarding team to include/schedule your church as a priority so you can get going asap
